Milton, other than hunting for jackrabbits in West Texas I had never been hunting until two years ago at age 69. You and your guides have been great in making my previous two bear hunting trips the best possible. I have enjoyed the evenings with you, other hunters and your friends over a meal and planning the next days hunt. I consider you a personal friend and if things work out, I plan on a third trip this year.

Wanted to send a belated thank you to Hog Heaven Outfitters and your Pro Staff for my first hunt at your facility. I’ve been blessed to be on many hunts the past couple of years working within the Firearms and Ammunition industry and by far, this was one of the most fun hunts I have ever been on. My son and I truly enjoyed the hospitality your team gave us and consider Milton and his team close friends now. We immediately felt like family arriving at the lodge. The accommodations were perfect, the food excellent, and most importantly, the hunt was “one of a kind.” This was the first time I have hunted wild feral hogs at night and what a thrill! There were lots of hogs to shoot at and at one point, my son said “this is the Jurassic Park of Hog Hunting!” I have to give you kudos for the endless activities and opportunities to hunt while there. What a great adventure – we hunted rabbits and squirrels during the day, caught 10 lb+ catfish at the river, and had a great time with everyone sighting in our rifles at the outdoor range. Lastly and most importantly, Mitch, Chad, and “Street” were stupendous guides and great people to hang out with during our stay.
We are looking forward to the next hunt there and plan on making this a yearly tradition.

Hog heaven Outfitters, offers an excellent shot opportunity and provides superior customer service. The guides are very knowledgeable and will do everything they can for you to have an enjoyable and successful hunt. The lodge provides good comfortable accomodations and meets all ones basic needs. The property offers not only hunting but pond and river fishing as well as a 300 yard range for target or clay shooting. The team at Hog Heaven Outfitters is very straight forward and easy to work with. They want to provide the customer with an great hunting opportunity and work as a team so that the customer leaves as a part of the family. Given the guides, accommodations and a great location, its no wonder it came so highly recommended for my first pig hunt. If your looking for a chance to hunt wild free ranging hogs this is the place for you.
2012 Hunts
I first hunted at Hog Heaven in 2010. It was a blast. My father and I each got 2 hogs, lots of fun and thrill. We got a boar over 200 pounds. This year, I brought 3 more buddies. Again, we got lots of hogs, fun, and excitement. Everyone loved it so much, that we are already booking our hunt for the next year. It will be 8 of us next year! This place lives up to its name. There are lots of hogs, while the place is absolutely wild and unfenced. The private land stretches over 2,000+ acres with every type of landscape you may want. Besides the hunt, we also loved the scenery and, more importantly, we appreciated the staff! Milton, Brad, Chad and Stephen were excellent guides and great people to hang out with during our stay.

I have hunted hogs for several years at other places in the south, but nothing compares to Hog Heaven! The guides are great and a lot of fun, and the night hunting can't be beat! It is a totally different experience from any other type of hunting being out there in the dark. I will be back!

I have hunted with Hog Heaven Outfitters over the last three years. Each visit my son and I are treated like family. Our local hunting club has joined us on our hunt and now all of us have made it a tradition to go annually . Each hunt we are kept busy with fishing during the day and shooting hogs in the evening. My sons and I had the opportunity to enjoy a weekend of hog hunting
at Hog Heaven Outfitters in North Carolina. Milton and Chad were our
guides for our adventure. Their hospitality and genuine concern for
our happiness was refreshing. Every detail was taken care of, we just
had to sit in the stands and wait. The lodge was nice and clean with
comfortable beds not that we slept in them for very long. We were so
excited we could only sleep 3 or 4 hours and then back to the stands.
They shared wild game for our meals. Back straps with cream cheese
and jalapeno peppers for lunch was amazing. This is truly a place for
the hunter that loves wonderful caring guides, a place were wild life
abounds, and open space to stretch your skills. Hog Heaven Outfitters
is the place to be. We will be back. LOOK OUT HOGS.

I have hunted hogs in numerous states, with dozens of outfitters, but hunting with Hog Heaven was like going home. My work requires the testing of numerous firearms, so I am always looking for the best place to accommodate my professional needs. Milt and his crew go out of their way for their clients with an attention to detail, and hard work to keep their hunters happy and successful. I highly recommend Hog Heaven to anyone who wants a true free-ranging, wild hog hunting experience.
